ZERO is proud to partner with New Jersey Urology to end prostate cancer.

The 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – South Jersey features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids’ Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer. 5K and 1 Mile participants 21 and over (must show valid photo id) will receive a free wine glass and wine on race day.

Run through the mountains and canyons of Rocky Peak, famous as a movie ranch and outdoor film location for movies and television programs such as Star Trek, Fort Apache, The Lone Ranger and The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin. ​

This group kicks off on April 6 and training runs are ongoing through October.

The Los Angeles Ultra Ladies Group Training combines hard work and supportive camaraderie through our love of trail running. Exclusively a women’s training group, we have 25-years of experience coaching runners and hikers of all abilities… beginner through elite!

​Our training runs are perfectly designed to develop strength and speed. Ultra Ladies Mentors are experienced 100-Mile runners who will run the trails with you and share their knowledge to make your experience safe and enjoyable. 

Upper Las Virgenes Canyon is the San Fernando Valley’s Best Kept Secret! This is a fun little romp that may include some mud and puddle hopping depending on the weather in April! Located at the west end of the San Fernando Valley, these beautiful trails take you high up on Lasky Mesa to the site of Hollywood filming of “Gone With The Wind” and “Django Unchained” before bringing you down into Las Virgenes Canyon where you will run through lush riparian foliage abundant with spring wildflowers. Yes, there are hills, but “what goes up also comes back down”.

Known as “The Friendliest Race in L.A.”, the Valley Crest Half Marathon is a popular trail half-marathon on historic Mulholland fire road that treats runners to beautiful spring foliage and magnificent valley and ocean views.

In it’s 18th year, this challenging but fast race makes perfect competition for the serious runner and is also “user friendly” enough to be a great first-timer trail run! The course is entirely on city-maintained fire roads in early June and typically has cool, overcast weather.

The Race 

·      On the day of the race, registration starts at 8am, the race begins at 9am.

·        Registration is at the Carlisle Expo Center.

·                Teams of two must raise $250. to qualify as participants.

·         The winning team will earn a $1,000. cash prize at the conclusion of the event.  2nd Place Team wins $500 and 3rd Place Team wins $250.

·         Food allergies should be disclosed prior to the race and time will be added for any food challenges that are not completed.

·         The race encompasses eight challenges within a 5 mile trek in and around downtown Carlisle.
