Welcome to Pedia Manor’s second annual 5K Walk/Run for Walsh! Proceeds from this event will benefit the family of Steph Walsh, who is courageously battling brain cancer. Join us as the Quakertown community rallies to honor Steph’s love of fitness, and help us support a beloved coworker, mother, wife, and friend! Location: Registration will take place at the Quakertown Amphitheater (501 W. Mill St., Quakertown), opens at 8:30am. Awards: Overall and Age Group prizes will be distributed @10:45am at the Quakertown Amphitheater. Amenities: Scenic and flat course through Quakertown park trails, event t shirt, refreshments, water stations, prizes, local vendors, and a DJ at the amphitheater for spectators and supporters! Cost: $25 until 9/21, $35 afterwards and through race day.

The 8th Annual Chick-fil-A Fall Stampede benefitting the Children’s Cancer Center is held every September in acknowledgment of Childhood cancer.

The event includes a 5K Run, 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk, a Mascot Race, photo opportunities with the Chick-fil-A cows, and a post-race party in the Family Fun Zone including Chick-fil-A food, games, and great prizes.

Chick-fil-A has been a sponsor and partner in this event from its inception in 2012. The Fall Stampede grew from 800 runners to over 1,500 runners and has raised almost $400,000 in net proceeds within the last 6 years.

Our race benefits the young girls of Cambridge. The Cambridge Girls Softball League, the Title IX Girls Running club are the primary recipients of the Funds from the race.
Both of these great organizations work on team building, athletic skills, and strengthen the connection among physical, mental and social well-being of girls.
Post-Race Block Party
After the race there will a block party and the Celebration of our 85th Anniversary! It will be held outside Paddy’s until 7PM! Walden Street will be closed off to traffic and there will be a large beer garden and the Irish Whisper Band!

Join us on for our 4th Annual Jackson’s Heroes’ 5K and Family Fun Walk/Run in honor of 3-year-old Jackson Silas Cole. Our mission is to remember the life of Jackson Silas Cole who tragically lost his life in a drowning accident in June 2016. In order to honor and remember Jackson, we have chosen to give back to the community in his name. In particular, we have partnered with the YMCA and their 2nd Grade Swim Initiative program in hopes that we can be a hero to a child and help provide him/her with the skills necessary to become a safe swimmer. Everyone from the competitive runner to the recreational runner or walker is welcome to join us. We will have music, kids’ activities, face painting, awards, and more. Every pre-registered participant will receive a Jackson’s Heroes cape. Don’t be shy! Come dressed as your favorite superhero (Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Batman, a police officer, a medic, a dispatcher, or a firefighter, etc.) because as Jackson proved, there is a superhero inside of each and every one of us. 5K Start Time – 9:10 AM; Fun Run Start Time – 9:00 AM.
