Have you ever wanted to compete in a Triathlon but have not done it yet? Are you a veteran tri-athlete looking for a fun challenge in the off-season? If so, our Indoor Triathlon is just for you! The swimming portion will take place in our 25yd lap pool. You will then bike for 20 minutes on one of our  spinning bikes. The  final leg you will run on the indoor track. Work at your own pace, we will keep track of your distance.

Our 5K on the Trails began in 2017 and continues to be an annual tradition for our community and the greater St. Johns and Duval county area. This 5K & Fun Run is Shearwater’s way of celebrating Healthy Living, while bringing the greater community together to raise money for St. Johns County Public Schools. All Proceeds from this event will benefit Timberlin Creek Elementary School, Switzerland Point Middle School, and Bartram Trail High School.

The sixth Annual Tacky Sweater 5K a festive holiday event that features a 5K run and a 5K walk. Live, Love, & Run Tacky in support of EVMS Melanoma Awareness.

In it’s 10th year, this event is a Phoenixville family tradition, held annually, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Bring out your family, extended family and friends for the beautiful 5K Race or children’s fun run through Phoenixville. The event guarantees to help you digest that Thanksgiving Meal.

The Race:
Race begins and ends at Franklin Commons located at 400 Franklin Avenue in Phoenixville.  Registration opens at 8:00 AM, and the race starts at 9:30 AM. Parking available. Strollers are welcome. Certified Course and Chip Timed. Dogs are welcome on the course, however not inside the Franklin Commons.

The Swag
All 5K Participants, who register before November 18, 2019 will receive a custom premium t-shirt, custom medal and other giveaways.

The Charity
Proceeds generated from the race benefits the Phoenixville Area High School – Project FOCUS and Phoenixville Jaycees Foundation.

Mead Johnson and Hooplife will hold a charity run event in Whittier Narrows Park, in South El Monte on November 9, 2019.

The registration fee is $39.99, and we will donate all registration fees plus school supplies, toys, etc. to welfare institutions, schools, and charity organizations after the event.

On Race Day, those who successfully sign up will receive a commemorative running bracelet and running tank, as well as a gift from Hooplife and Mead Johnson for all those who sign up. Another prize will be awarded to those who complete the race within the time limit (the whole route is 4.4 miles).

Trot For Troops is a walk/run 5k that will be held along the Susquehanna River in Columbia, on the Northwest River Trail, on November 9th at 10:00 a.m. Registration for the race will be at the Northwest River Trail Parking Lot (located on Front Street beneath RTE 462 bridge) and registration begins at 9:00 a.m.

All proceeds for the event go to the Pennsylvania Veteran’s Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of Pennsylvania Veterans in crises.

Race admission is $25 for walkers and runners prior to November 9th. Day of registration is $30.

Ticket includes race admission and goodie bag, plus a race t-shirt for the first 50 participants that register! Cash prize for top winners!
