Join CHILDREN IN ACTION Sports Club for their FOURTH Annual 5K Trail Run. We call it “trails” ’cause it just isn’t on roads. You will run along paths in beautiful Blythe Island Regional Park along Fancy Bluff Creek. It’s 1100 acres of pristine shoreline and marsh habitat that you just don’t get the pleasure of running every day.

All pre registered runners will receive a beautiful t shirt. We have overall and age group awards and raffle prizes for runners.

Packet Pick UP will be on race day only beginning at 7m. Please arrive early to avoid long lines.

The 5k run will start promptly at 8am and awards are expected to begin shortly after 9 am. In addition to our Overall Male and Female winners, age group awards will also be presented in the following catergories, three deep:

8 and Under, 9 – 13, 14 – 19, 20 -29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 and Over.

Sign up for the 5th Annual Hot Trot 5K run/walk. Proceeds will benefit the SNMMI-TS Professional Development and Education Fund, supporting the advancement of molecular and nuclear medicine technologists. Come out, have fun, and support your field. Prizes available for top runners in various race categories.

The Meltdown begins and ends at Free Will Brewing Company in Perkasie, PA. This unique 5k race takes place on the scenic trails in and around Perkasie and along the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek. The Meltdown is open to runners and walkers of all ages, but you must be 21 or older (with a valid ID) to get your free craft brew from Free Will.

Awards are custom-designed glasses and will be presented to the male and female over all and to the top three in each respective age/gender category.

Join us for the 15th Annual Pennsylvania Championship Snowshoe Race at Spring Mount Ski Area. Last year’s event was a sell-out with over 200 racers… and this year’s event is shaping up to the best yet! We have a great course, a great cause, and a great after-party!

Registration begins at 7 am. The Kids’ Race begins at 7:45 am. The Snowshoe 5k begins at 8 am sharp! The Snowshoe 5k is great for everyone. Bring your own snowshoes or rent a pair from us for just $10 (while supplies last). After the race, we’ll have hot beverages, snacks, awards and more!

We’re hoping for snow so we can send you off on the 5k cross country course. Don’t worry though, even if we don’t get snow we’ll hold the race right on the slopes!

About the Triple Dam 10k

The 10k course is an out and back with a 1.3 mile “lollipop” loop 2.6 miles from the start. The course will lead you by not one, not two, but THREE dams! You’ll cross the first dam over the Perkiomen Creek, then cross the second dam over Deep Creek and pass by the third dam along “THE HILL.” The beginning and end of the course includes some paved road, black-top path, and approximately 4 miles on packed trail. There is a total 1100’ of elevation change over the race. Most of the gain/loss is up and down one not-so-small hill. There will be two water stations along the course.

About the Mini-Dam 5k

The 5k course winds around Deep Creek Lake on the tail-end of the Perkiomen Trail, then dives into the woods for a gnarly romp on the Orange Trail. The course is mostly flat, and offers some of the best trail running that Green Lane Park has to offer. This is a course not for the faint of heart!

The Paterno Family Beaver Stadium Run for Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA), presented by the Sheetz family, will return to Penn State on Blue White Weekend for a 11th consecutive year.  More than 3,500 runners and walkers of all ages and abilities will participate in a 5K run or 2 mile family fun walk.

The Run will begin in the vicinity of the Bryce Jordan Center on Curtin Road, move through Penn State’s scenic campus, and conclude with runners racing through the Beaver Stadium Tunnel and onto the Nittany Lions’ home turf to “finish at the fifty!”
