It doesn’t get much better than this coastal ridge trail run. Enjoy the rolling singletrack high up on Mt. Tam with views of the Pacific Ocean below. You will follow a combination of paved roadways and dirt singletrack trails offering striking views of Bolinas Lagoon, the Pacific Ocean and Marin County watershed.

From the start at Rock Springs, the course follows Ridgecrest Blvd. along the spine of Bolinas Ridge separating East and West Marin County. 10K runners will take a left at Willow Camp Trail and head back to Rock Springs along the Coastal Trail. The Half Marathon course continues along Ridgecrest Blvd. to Bolinas/Fairfax Road and also returns via the Coastal Trail. 

You’ll fall in love with San Francisco all over again as you follow this hilly loop trail circumnavigating Angel Island. Along the way, savor the panoramic vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, Alcatraz Island, the East Bay and Marin County. The 10K is a single loop.

The Half Marathon does the loop twice. The event is limited to 400 participants so don’t wait too long to register!

As you reach the summits of this course, you’ll take in a view of San Francisco Bay tucked behind the rolling green hills of the Marin Headlands to the east and looking west you will view the Pacific Ocean. One thing’s certain…the views this course offers are unlike any other.

You’ll start and finish at the historic parade ground at Ft. Barry in Rodeo Valley. Along this scenic trail run through the Marin Headlands, you’ll soak in panoramic vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco Bay and the lush Pacific shoreline peppered with vibrant wildflowers. The course is a combination of single track hiking trails and fire roads.

Babbling streams will be your soundtrack as you challenge yourself on the lush singletrack within Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. The course is a bit challenging with the hills, streams and rocks – which makes it all the more exciting and rewarding. This state park is a local treasure that is untapped by tourists and located just minutes from the area’s great restaurants and wineries.

The 2020 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – San Diego features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids’ Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer.

The Leprechaun Run is one of Philadelphia’s oldest traditions. Starting in 1984, the Leprechaun Run is one of Philadelphia’s first races of the season, and originally offered a 5-Mile Race and 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk. In 2017, the Leprechaun Run expanded to include a Lucky 7-Mile Race in addition to the other two distances. The Leprechaun Run is an event to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s Philadelphia local program (SOPA-Philadelphia).

Funds raised from the Leprechaun Run support operating costs for nearly 1,000 athletes that participate in Special Olympics activities across the city of Brotherly Love. Special Olympics PA holds more than 250 competitions and training events each year. All training and competition opportunities are provided free of charge to the athletes and their families, enabling everyone to experience the benefits of Special Olympics that extend well beyond the playing field. Location: Schuylkill Banks Palapa – where MLK Drive meets West River Drive and the Schuylkill Trail Connector, by the Philadelphia of Art. Faster runners will line up at the front, slower runners towards the back, followed by walkers.

Bib pick-up will take place Friday, March 13, from 8am-6pm: location TBD. Day of registration and bib pickup will also be available on site until 7:20 am.
