For 15 years River City Ministry of Pulaski County has been running to support our goal of feeding, housing, and providing medical, dental, vision, and spiritual care for the homeless, marginalized, uninsured, and underinsured people of Central Arkansas. Join us this year for our first virtual 5K!

You can:

– Run 5K and report your time through Runsignup.com

– Run as a family and report your combined total miles run

– Run each day and report your total miles run

– Run each day and report your personal best time

– Share pictures on our Facebook page

Run any time between August 29 and September 5. Run anywhere you like, on an indoor track, around your neighborhood, on your favorite course, or on your treadmill. If you don’t want to run at all, just sign up as a spirit runner!

5K RACE/2K WALK through the beautiful tree-lined streets and by the sparkling harbor of Stony Brook.  Professionally timed. Awards following the Race.  All categories including Best Costume. Raffle prizes. Grab your capes and masks and join us on September 27, 2020 for our Virtual Superhero 5k! Proceeds from the event go directly to help the kids in our orphanage. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, and the safety of our runners and volunteers, our 5k will be a virtual event this year.

The Christalis Virtual Superhero 5k Run/Walk is a fundraising event focused on benefiting poor and orphaned children in Uganda. Join us in raising money for our project and children!

All runners receive a t-shirt and a goody bag. The winners will receive medals and prizes.

36^th Annual Harvest Classic Fun Run goes VIRTUAL

The Harvest Classic Fun Run is a longstanding tradition that we are pleased to continue this year by going virtual.

What does this mean?

It means that you can select your distance (1mile, 2 mile or 8K) and complete the race anywhere you choose. You can select one of our suggested routes or you may choose your favorite trail or even complete the distance on a treadmill. Walk or run, the choice is up to you. Report your time back to us and we will include your name on a list of finishers posted on our website. Sign up now and complete your race between September 10-19, 2020.

All participants receive a cotton t-shirt, participation medal and a race packet with promos and goodies from our sponsors and a chance to win fantastic prizes in the post-event drawings. Plus, get free admission to the Nampa Rec Center on September 19.

Proceeds benefit youth through the purchase of P.E. equipment for local schools and Nampa Parks and Recreation Department Scholarship Fund. This fund provides scholarships for youth to access recreational activities.
