5k thru marathons for runners
Local 5k through the Gates of Saint John, starting and ending at Crown Point Christian School. All registrants will receive a shirt and goodie bag.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals awarded in 15 age divisions for both male & female, from 9 years & under to 75 years & up. Clydesdale (200+ Men) and Athena (140+ Women) divisions also available.
ROUTE:
Begins at Canyon View Park, then follows the Spanish Fork River Trail and finishes at the Sports Park.

Join us for a fun and challenging 5K – 10K Run/Walk at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, CA in support of Assistant programs for people & children with development disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Behavior disorders and Down Sydnrome).
Prizes include custom PACE Medals, FREE registration for the next race and awards for the top 3 finalists in both the 5K & 10K!
Swim, run, repeat (optional). Racers doing the Skinny Dip will swim a one-mile loop and directly follow it with a one mile off road running loop.
Racers doing the Double Dip will repeat this format twice (Swim-Run-Swim-Run) for a total of 2 miles of swimming and two miles of running.
Racers completing the Third Times a Charm will repeat this format three times (Swim-Run-Swim-Run-Swim-Run) for a total of three miles swimming and three miles running.
Every participant will receive a cowbell, shirt, & sponsor goodies!
CCS EXPERIENCE…
The CCS is a 8th Annual Event. It is a 5k obstacle trail run held on the Watson Family Farm in Cumming, GA. You will get to experience pasture, woods, water, mud, & obstacles on our 1 lap course. CCS is a self-timed event!!! All ages 5 & up are welcome.
All proceeds from the 2018 race will go to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Group, Kids, & Military Discounts are available. Please contact us to receive group discount. Register by May 1st to be guaranteed a shirt. Registration closes May 14th. You will be able to register at the race!
