Inspired by US Navy SEALs (Frogmen), the Navy SEAL Foundation’s Joggin’ for Frogmen Race Series brings communities and families together to jog in honor of the Naval Special Warfare community and their families. We are excited to announce that the San Diego Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k will take place on July 27th, 2019, at Naval Training Center Park at Liberty Station.

You won’t want to miss out on our fun-filled morning, which includes:

• Tadpole Trot for the kids
• Beer Garden sponsored by Mike Hess Brewing
• Aerial parachute performance
• Music by DJ Jumbo
• Awesome race shirt and medal for all participants
• Great prizes for 5k age group winners and Tadpole Trotters.

5th Annual Heroes Like Haley 5k Run… Walk… Skip …. cross that finish line however you want!

This is a family fun event for novice runners / walkers of any age and includes a chip timed 5K course for the advanced runner. We are a USATF sanctioned event. Kids aged 4-8 that do not want to run in the 5k can participate in a free fun run. Custom race medal and t-shirts for all paid pre-registered participants.

Virtual Participation: If you are unable to attend, you can still participate by doing a virtual run.  Virtual runners meeting the minimum fundraising goal will be eligible for medals and specific prize categories.

Help us raise money for pediatric cancer patients.  For Haley’s 24th birthday celebration we are asking both local and virtual participants to raise money by getting 24 people to sponsor them for $24 each. Fundraising not required but appreciated!

From the course lined with beautiful scenery, to the creative finishers medals, Kona Marathon Events is one of the leading destination races in the country! Choose from the marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon or 5K. Join us for our 26th anniversary and take in surf, sand, beautiful views, and some running along the way!

On each date listed below at 9:00 AM, Shore A.C. hosts a Youth XC Series at Holmdel Park. Competition is offered at various distances, including 800m, 2K, 3K, 4K and 5K.  Medals are awarded to the top 5 finishers in each race, and ribbons are awarded to the remainder of the top 10 finishers. On the last day of the series, awards will be presented to eligible athletes who have competed in at least
7 of the 9 competitions.

Every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, Shore A.C. hosts a 5K run at a distinct location within the Monmouth County Park System (weekly locations to be announced). Local community runners are encouraged to participate as team* members or as individuals while they run through the trails of Monmouth County’s most beautiful and challenging courses.

At the conclusion of each race, outstanding performances in overall M/F, age group, and team categories will be recognized. Awards will be presented to teams and athletes who compete in at least 4 of the 6 competitions. *Each team must have at least 3 entrants to be eligible for team scoring and awards.
