5K, Kids Run
07/14/19 9am Sunday 5th Annual Heroes Like Haley 5k Run... Walk... Skip .... cross that finish line however you want! This is a family fun event for novice runners / walkers of any age and includes a chip timed 5K course for the advanced runner. We are a USATF sanctioned event. Kids aged 4-8 that do not want to run in the 5k can participate in a free fun run. Custom race medal and t-shirts for all paid pre-registered participants. Date: 7.14.19 Place: Cary Grove Park | Next to CG High School 7:00am - 8:30am Check in 9:00am 5K Run/Walk Approx. 10:00am Kids Fun Run * Awards ceremony for top runners & top fundraisers immediately after Kids Fun Run! * 1st, 2nd & 3rd place male and female winners in each division & 1st, 2nd & 3rd place overall winners Divisions: 13 & under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ We proudly support brain cancer survivors and offer complimentary entry to this event! Virtual runners meeting the minimum fundraising goal will be eligible for medals and specific prize categories. Help us raise money for pediatric cancer patients. For Haley's 24th birthday celebration we are asking both local and virtual participants to raise money by getting 24 people to sponsor them for $24 each. Fundraising not required but appreciated!
