A full day of fun starting with a baseball game at the field @ 1 PM.

Ther summer solstice river fest will start @ 5 PM
All runners/ walkers should arrive by 3 PM to get checked in
10K and Mile Races through Olde Town, Portsmouth, VA along the Elizabeth River Seawall in the city and inside the Naval Hospital campus including great music, food & beverages — adult and otherwise.
This is a Strider Grand Prix, Youth Grand Prix and Walking Grand Prix event.
Join us on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in Lansdale, PA for our 2nd annual Yellow Stairway 12k/6k and Kids Fun Run! With unique race distances, you are guaranteed an automatic PR while running a flat and easy course through safe neighborhoods. Following the race stay for the after party! Every participant will receive an AAMazing medal, awards 3 deep in 5 year age groups, T-shirts, great swag, children’s activities, and more! You don’t want to miss this fun family event!
If you are coming from out of town, or just want to roll out of bed and walk 1/4 mile to the start line, there will be hotel rooms available. Information for booking will be available shortly! And if you cannot be here in person, there is a virtual option! Looking forward to seeing you in May!

Started in 1975, the Canal Run is the premier running event in Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula. Following the rolling hills along the Portage Lake Shipping Canal, the Canal Run offers seven events for runners and walkers of all levels:

The 18th Annual IRT 10K Run/Walk will take place in Saylor Park, 2nd & Keefer St., Coplay, PA 18037. The IRT 10K traverses many historical Iron and Cement mfg buildings.
Packet Pick-Up – Friday, August 23rd from 3-7 PM at The Emmaus Run Inn Store.
Walkers Start at 8:30 AM; Runners Start at 9:00 AM.
Race Day Registration – 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM.
Amenities – POST RACE AWARDS; SNACKS AND DRINKS; DISPLAYS.
Awards: Overall (M&F) – Emmaus Run Inn Gift Cards – 1st Place: $100, 2nd Place: $50, 3rd Place: $25. Runners (M&F) – Top Two in Each Age Group 19 and Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, Over 60.
Cost: $30 until 6/10, $35 until 7/14, $40 through race day.
