ZERO is proud to partner with Blue Ribbon Cancer Coalition of Pennsylvania to end prostate cancer.  The 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Lehigh Valley features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids’ Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program.  Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer. 

The funds raised from 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Lehigh Valley are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer.  No other prostate cancer charity spends more per dollar on programs – more than 85 cents.  ZERO puts every donation to good use. 

Cost – 5K (All Ages): $30; 1 Mile (All Ages): $15; Kids Superhero Dash for Dad (Kids ages 0-9): $15; Snooze for Dudes (Participate virtually and sleep in to fight prostate cancer.): $35; 5K (ZERO’s Heroes Patient/Survivor): $20. 

Prices increase $5 on race day.

All finishing participants will receive a 5K for Freedom commemorative t-shirt. There will be computerized bib timing,  free food and beverage giveaways, and exhibitor booths. This event also gives you the unique opportunity for the community to run alongside troops from all six branches of the military.

Boogies Buddy Race is one of the most widely anticipated activities of the Fourth of July week in Aspen. The event includes a 5-mile USA Track & Field certified competitive race and a 1-mile Family and Canine run/walk. Over 1,000 participants (50% local, 50% national), along with hundreds of observers and celebrants, kick off the Fourth of July in style at this family-friendly event.

What: The Telluride Foundation is hosting the annual Fourth of July foot race, the Rundola. The Rundola is an open registration uphill foot race open from Telluride to the ridge the parallels the gondola. Telluride Foundation is the host and organizer.

Where: Runners start at the base of the gondola on the town of Telluride side and finish at the top of the ridge.  Runners and hikers will climb up the Telluride Trail (4,600 feet long, 40 feet wide with a 13% grade) or just bushwhack to the top of the gondola.   There is an elevation gain of 1,810 feet.

When: The run will start at 8a.m. on July 4th.  Runners should walk back to Telluride or Mountain Village after the race. The finish line will close at 10:00 am.

Kids Hill starts at 8:30a.m.

Onsite Registration/Packet Pick-up: Monday, July 3rd from 10:00am until 4:00pm at Oak Street Plaza in the Town of Telluride.  Get there early to secure your shirt size, first come, first serve.  On-site registration will be available July 3rd (if the race does not sell out) for $40. EMERGENCY packet pick-up on race day, July 4th from 6:45 – 7:15. New registrations on July 4th will cost $50.

Who:  Anyone who wants to race, run, hike!  You must be registered and have a race bib to participate. No dogs please!

Why:  The goal of the event is to incorporate an athletic event into the Fourth of July festivities.   An athletic event seems to be the only thing missing from the fabulous weekend of festivities in Telluride.  The event is put on by the Telluride Foundation and any proceeds from the event will benefit the Telluride Foundation.

Awards:  podium and breakfast will be held at Oak at 10a.m.  Medals will be awarded to top three athletes in each category. First place finishers in each cate.gory receive a prize from Northface & Telluride Sports Fastest man & fastest woman overall will each receive a Yeti Cooler.

As one of the biggest races in Hoboken, this event supports local youth charities, including Hoboken Boys and Girls Club, TRUE Mentors and the Jubilee Center. There is a fun run and other special events for the kids before the evening kicks off with 1000+ runners participating in the waterfront 5K.

An after party along the pier is a great way for volunteers and runners alike to end a successful night.

Have you ever wanted to run with the police??  Well now you can, please join us in downtown Royal Oak, Saturday June 1st for an amazing 5K race and Chase the Chief 1/4 mile run!  Chase the Chief will promptly start at 9:15 a.m. and is free for kids 12 and under!

Following will be a fast and flat 5K run/walk going off at 9:30 a.m..  All registrants receive a quality 60/40 tri-blend t-shirt, aviator sunglasses and doughnuts upon finishing the race!!  How cool is that??!!
