Our 14th annual trail run is going to look a little different this year: 

RACES: Instead of the 3 races we usually host, this year we will host only the 5K. The race will take place completely within Pratt Farm and cover a very similar course as past years. The course has been reworked so that runners will never be running in opposite directions on the course. 

PLACE: Pratt Farm in Middleboro: 110 E. Main St. 

START: Runners will have a very staggered start: every 10 minutes from 8:00 am (First Start Time) to 5:50 pm (Last Start Time).

• Runners may sign up with one or more family members or a running partner, but everyone who starts together must run together throughout the whole course.
• Runners cannot step to the starting line more than 5 minutes before their scheduled start time. 
• Runners may not arrive at Pratt Farm more than 15 minutes before their start time and may not congregate before or after their run. 
• Each runner will receive a number.

RACE SHIRTS: Each runner who has registered by September 26th will receive a free Race Shirt. 

TIMES will be kept and announced to each runner upon completion of the race. Times will be posted periodically on this website throughout the day so people can check in and see how their times compare with others’ as the day goes on. 

WINNERS in various age groups will be determined the night of the race.

MEDALS Medals will be sent soon after race day.

PreRegistration, which includes a Race Shirt, ends on September 26th

Runners may continue to register through the night of October 8th

SATURDAY OCTOBER 3, 2020 – 10K STARTS 8:30 AM – All other events start at 9:00 AM

Due to the COVID 19 situation, we are taking the following precautions:

Rolling Start Times:  Participants starting times will be recorded when they cross the starting line.  The starting line for each event will remain open for 20 minutes.  Participants can begin their race anytime during the starting window for their appropriate distance.

PACKET PICK-UP & REGISTRATION:

There will be NO ON-SITE RACE DAY REGISTRATION.  ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THE STARTING TIME OF EACH RACE.  PARTICIPANTS WANTING TO REGISTER ON RACE DAY SHOULD DO SO BY REGISTERING ONLINE AT HOME PRIOR TO HEADING TO THE RACE.

Race day packet pick will open at 7:30AM
Location:  Riverview Event Center,   421 W. Canal St., Peru, IN

You must be able to complete the 10K run in 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!
THE COURSE:
The course is relatively flat and continues along city streets and on the NPT. All events begin and end at the Riverview Event Center.
AGE & OVERALL WINNERS
Awards will be presented to the male & female winners in various age brackets for the following events: 5K Run, 10K Run, 5K Competitive Race Walk. There will also be a 1st place overall award presented for the 5K & 10K runs and for the 5K Competitive Race Walk.

This is a fundraiser put on by Stand Fast in Freedom to help rehab girls who are minors who are rescued out of sex trafficking in the state of Nebraska.

Welcome to the Couch Tour Challenge Run, Walk, or Ride Virtual Race and Challenge to promote running and help raise money for musicians! We have distances and challenges for all skill levels from 5k to 100 miles. The best thing is you can complete any of the distances over more than one day and you can run, walk, or ride your bike. As many of you know 95% of races have been canceled around the country and virtual races are the new thing, but so has live music and concerts, and many of the people who create the music that brings us so much joy are without work.

How Does is Work?

You sign up for the distance of your choice, you run, walk, or bike that distance over however many days it takes you. Log in to your RunSign Up account, upload your progress and we send you your finisher medal and swag!

Join us for the Destination Imagination Run the World Virtual 5K! We are RUNNING THE WORLD to celebrate creativity and to support Destination Imagination (DI). Prizes will be given for the most creative race attire. Runners with the fastest times will receive a shout out on our social media channels.
