The “Running Over MSA 5K” Run/Walk will be held on a Cross-Country Course, which will be partially through the prairies and partially through the woods.

100% of the proceeds from the “Running Over MSA 5K” will go to The MSA Coalition.

The Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) Coalition® is a 501(c)3 charitable organization devoted to a four pillar mission:

• Supporting patients and caregivers affected by multiple system atrophy
• Educating patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals
• Financing and encouraging meaningful research toward identifying a cause and finding a cure for MSA
• Advocating for issues important to the MSA community, including creating greater awareness

All paid “Running Over MSA 5K” participants will receive an Event T-Shirt, a lunch provided by Subway, and Swag Bag (while supplies last). Additional T-Shirts and event decals will be available for purchase at the registration table, the day of the event. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 Male and top 3 Female finishers in each division (Youth – 18 and Under & Adult – Over 19).

A light lunch will be available for all “Running Over MSA 5K” participants. We will have Subway sandwich platters, drinks, and Subway cookies for all 5K participants.

The Yuengling Gold Rush 5k is coming to Pittsburgh, PA! The race will start and finish at Stage AE in the North Shore. All participants will receive a Yuengling Gold Rush 5k tech race shirt, one complimentary Yuengling Golden Pilsner 16oz can (21+), 16oz. Yuengling Gold Rush can koozie, live entertainment and more!

Bryn Mawr Running Company presents the 12th Annual Midsummer 5k Race Series. The 5k race will take place in the quiet and safe neighborhood surrounding South Ardmore Park, Wynnewood Pa on the second Thursday evening of each Summer month. The course will consist of 3 circuits on a slightly rolling course called the “Ardmore Loop.” Awards will be provided for in each race for overall runners and age groups winners by the Bryn Mawr Running/Racing Company and Brooks. There will also be scoring for those who complete all three races. Runners will accumulate points in overall male/female categories along with their age group categories. Brooks Podium Technical Midsummer Series T-shirts will be distributed at the JULY race or during race packet pick-up the night before. After each race there will be an after party at Hykels Bar and Grill. Bring in your race bib for one complimentary beverage on us! Please bring the whole family! A very popular kids’ race in South Ardmore Park will precede the 5K! Race proceeds will benefit Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Lower Merion Parks & Recreation, and the Bryn Mawr Running Club.
