The 2019 YMCA Spirit, Mind, Body Triathlon features a Duathlon, Sprint, and Sprint Team Option. All courses are centered around scenic Scales Lake Park near Boonville, Indiana featuring combinations of biking, running, and swimming.

The running portions will take place around the vicinity of
Scales Lake. The bike course will start at Scales Lake Park
and head east on County Rd 150N, north on Folsomville
Road through the town of Folsomville and back.
DUATHLON: 2K RUN, 17 MILE BIKE, 5K RUN
SPRINT: SWIM 0.5 MILE - BIKE 17 MILES - RUN 3.1 MILES
