Do you want a family activity that will get you outside, increase your physical fitness, AND support your favorite synchronized skating team?

We invite you to register for the first Running in Sync Virtual 5K to be held on October 24 starting at 10 a.m.  Your registration will get you a Zoom link to a race-day warmup that will inspire you, a long-sleeved t-shirt, and a finisher's medal.

Best of all, since you choose the route, there will be no crowds, traffic, parking hassles, or hills that you did not anticipate!
