Social distancing can't stop competition! Support the amazing work being done by Maslow's Army during the COVID-19 crisis by signing up for the Run for Maslow's Virtual 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk. Registration is free and all donations go directly to Maslow's Army, a 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Cincinnati, OH.

Sign up for either 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk options, and then on race weekend (July 17-20) complete your race distance whenever and wherever you want!

After you complete your designated race distance, upload your time to our results page and see how you stack up against your friends, family, and longtime running rivals. Then share your accomplishment! Take a post-race selfie or post a picture of your unique race route with the hashtag #runformaslows to connect with other runners/walkers in Run for Maslow's virtual race community.
