You love challenging trail runs, but swimming or biking are not in your training plans. Experience a version of the iconic Wildflower Long Course Triathlon with our 10.7 mile Trail Run. Be part of the all-new Wildflower Experience complete with camping, expo booths, clinics, fitness classes, wine tasting, music, and entertainment. This festival experience will be unforgettable and change the way you think about racing.

The challenging, but rewarding Wildflower Long Course is a 1.2 Mile Swim, 56 Mile Bike, and 13.1 Mile Run. A combination of open water lake swim, rolling hills, trail and county roads – this triathlon challenges top triathletes from all over the world. Lined with some of the most beautiful wildflowers and vineyards, you can see where the event gets its name and reputation.

Along with the triathlons, you will be able to be part of the full Wildflower Experience including 5K, 10K, Trail Run, Yoga, Clinics and more complete with glamping, Lifestyle Expo, Wine Tasting, Music, and Entertainment.

This challenging but exciting sprint course has a .25 Mile Swim, 10 Mile Bike, and 2 Mile Run. Along with the triathlons, you will be able to be part of the full Wildflower Experience complete with camping, expo booths, clinics, fitness classes, wine tasting, music, and entertainment.

The Aquabike race will start with a 1.2 mile lake swim in the lake at 65-68 F., and then proceed on the iconic 56 mile Long Course bike course.

The bike course travels along country roads through hills and valleys covered in wildflowers. You will also be challenged by the infamous “Nasty Grade” (mile 40). Enjoy the downhills as they wind you back through the campground and into the transitions area. After racking your bike in T2, you will exit the transitions area and head down the finish chute and cross the iconic Wildflower finish line!

The 1.2-mile swim is on Sunday and will start after the last wave of Olympic Distance triathlon. Swimmers will start at the boat ramp, swim in a clockwise direction on a rectangular course which is marked with buoys every 100 yards. The expected water temperature is 65-68 F. Swimmers must wear their timing tag at all times during the race. Swimmers will finish as they exit the water and cross the timing mats.

ZERO is proud to partner with Blue Ribbon Cancer Coalition of Pennsylvania to end prostate cancer.  The 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Philadelphia features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids’ Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program.  Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer.

The funds raised from 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Philadelphia are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer.  No other prostate cancer charity spends more per dollar on programs – more than 85 cents.  ZERO puts every donation to good use.
