The Muscle Movement Fdn. Delaware Run for Strength 5k is an inclusive 5k walk/run, which features an after party with an awards ceremony, a live band, free all you can eat food, refreshments, raffles, and more fun. The event provides life-changing accommodations to families affected by neuromuscular disease (i.e., ALS, muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis) in the state of Delaware and surrounding areas.

The 19154 5K Race takes runners through a chip-timed, USATF-Certified course in the Parkwood Manor neighborhood and Torrey Woods. Everyone is welcome to walk or run: athletes & amateurs, runners & walkers, adults & children, seniors & students, individuals & teams.

Join us to run or walk around the grounds of Nemours Estate and enjoy refreshments, family activities, music, and educational fair at Nemours AI duPont Hospital for Children afterward. Parking is available for free through the main hospital gates.
