The Superhero 5k run/walk benefits Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) serving Delaware and Chester Counties. CASA is a non-profit organization that provides court appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children with a belief that all children deserve safe, nurturing, and permanent homes. Awards will be given to the top overall male/female race finishers, overall age group winners, and top 3 sponsors. Amenities: each registrant receives a t-shirt, refreshments, water stations, prizes, etc. Entry: Before 4/20 – $30 Adults, $15 Children 7-17, Children 6 & under FREE. After 4/20 & Day of Race – $40 Adults, $20 Children 7-17, Children 6 & under FREE.

Sweethearts Dress up Event with prizes for both the 5K and 1K winners. Everyone receives a finishers medal and longsleeved shirt.

Runners, trek this challenging 5-mile USATF certified course through scenic Valley Forge National Historical Park (1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406). Walkers stride 3 miles to and from the National Memorial Arch. Children, ages 6-14, race 1.776 kilometers during the Young Patriots Fun Run. All race proceeds benefit Valley Forge National Historical Park. Cash awards to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place overall male and female winners. Age group awards for 1st place finishers in male, female divisions at 5 year increments, from ages 14 to 75+.

Come on out for the 10th Annual Wicked Bottom 5K and experience the fun everyone had last year! . . . . . . . . .

This Cross Country run starts from the scenic grounds of Lenn Park. The course circles the northern side of the Park then crosses over to Old House Vineyards where you will pass the rows of vines while following the gravel road, then return to Lenn Park where you will follow the gravel trail that winds along the border of the Park property in view of Mountain Run Creek. The course is fairly level with only a few short hills and with luck, you may catch a glimpse of wildlife.
