Welcome to the Habitat for Humanity Beach Day 5K!  This event, put on by students at the University of Pennsylvania, will help raise funds for the Philadelphia Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.  Locally, the mission of Habitat for Humanity is to transform lives and our city by building quality homes in partnership with families in need and uniting all Philadelphians around the cause of affordable housing. 

Awards: Overall, Age Groups, and best costume prizes will be distributed at 9:00 AM at the start/finish line of the race (next to Franklin Field, the UPenn football stadium).  Amenities: Course through Penn Park (see course map on website), t shirt, wristband, refreshments, water stations, prizes.  Entry: $25 pre-registered, $30 race day; Student discount of $5.

Our Your Next Step is the Cure events raise much-needed funds for the patient services and clinical research projects of the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation. Our event provides fun, family-friendly activities, including music, awards and more.

This race was voted the peoples choice event in the Blue Ridge Outdoors, and is apart of the Asheville Track Clubs Grand Prix.   Fast course, great awards and 11 am start.  There is also a beer being made for the event.  “Dry Hopped Wild Bilzsner”  Come join the fun.

Please join us for the 32nd Annual Women’s Distance Festival 5K Run/Walk on Saturday July 13th as we come together to raise money to help the Center for Safety and Change in its mission to support, house and provide services to the victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and all crimes.

Sign up for the 5K and compete as an individual or create a Mother/Daughter, Sister/Sister, or Grandmother/Granddaughter team. We also have a team event for groups of 5 or more!

Online Registration is $25 for Rockland Road Runner members, and $30 for non-members.  Team registrations are available for Mother/Daughter, Sister/Sister, or Grandmother/Granddaughter at $50 provided that at least one team member is a Rockland Road Runner.  If neither is a Rockland Road Runner, then the cost will be $60.  Teams of 5 runners/walkers are available for a discounted cost of $25 a team member provided that the team meets a minimum requirement of 5 members.  Running teams will be an awarded category like the others.

Online registration closes at 11:59pm Monday July 8th.  Registration can be done in person at Pre Race Packet Pick-up on July 12th from 12-8, but once online registration closes, in person registration is $40 a person no matter what you are registering for. We cannot guarantee shirts for those who register in person.  THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION

Packet Pickup Will be from 12pm to 8pm on Friday, July 12th at Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Palisades Center in West Nyack. We cannot guarantee shirts for those who register in person.

Join the Prince George’s Running Club (PGRC) for Springburst’s 36th year. The event will feature a 6.2 mil out and back course as well as a free kids one-mile fun run.

The 10K race is part of the MDRRCA Race Series.

Race premium will include our uniquely designed race t-shirt. All particpants registered by March 31, 2020 will receive a shirt. Late registrants are not guaranteed shirt and size.

Awards for the 10K will be given to the top 3 finishers (both male and female) of the race and top finisher in each age group (both male and female): under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, over 70.

All participants in the fun run will receive a finishers medal.
