Please join us for the Inkaway No Regret 5K run and 1 mile walk to benefit the Down Syndrome Interest Group of Delaware County.  This course is USATF certified.  There will be one water stop at the half way point. Post-race refreshment will also be provided. 

Race Day packet pickup and registration will take place from 7:30 am- 8:15 am. Race begins at 8:30 am. 

Awards: Top 3 Overall - $150 to 1^st,  $75 to 2nd,  $50 to 3^rd.  Sponsorships, Donations, and Volunteers: There are a number of ways to get involved in the No Regret 5K run and 1 mile walk.  Even if you are not planning to run or walk in the event, please consider volunteering, making a tax-deductible donation, or sponsoring through your local business to receive great branding and advertising benefits.
