06/15/19 8:00 am Saturday What better way to kick off the summer than with our Summer Run to Fun 5k! At the Summer Run to Fun you’ll run through the South Park 1.5 miles of a paved, shaded trail beside a local creek, the gentle rolling hills in Copperas Cove’s residential area.

The Summer Run to Fun 5k is a chip timed event which starts at South Park travel down the walking trail, turn right at the playground and left onto Dennis; turn left on Hughes; left on Boland St.; left on Mattie, follow turn right on Dennis travel down Dennis till you reach the South Park Pool turn right into the parking lot of the swimming pool, follow the trail into the park, turn right onto the walking trail to the loop, loop back around and back track down the trail until you reach the bridge, turn right and go over the bridge, continue to follow walking trail to the finish line.
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year.
Divisions are for male and female runners and walkers. Cen-Tex Series Points given in Cen-Tex Series Age Groups. Plaques to overall male and female winners for runners. Medals to top 3 finishers in each age group for runners. No duplicate awards.
11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
