The Healthy Heart 5K and Health Fair will support the initiatives of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association and the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists chapters at Thomas Jefferson University.  These organizations, run by dedicated student pharmacists, provide health screenings and education to community members on topics including heart health, diabetes, smoking cessation, nutrition and exercise, immunizations, and safe use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.  Free health screenings and education will be provided at the finish line! 

Course: The course will start at Wheel Fun Rentals and run a double loop around FDR Park ending at Picnic Area 2. 

Awards: Overall and Age Groups: Top 1-3 overall (men and women), first place in each age group (men and women). 

Amenities: FREE health screenings and Health Fair, raffle prizes, t-shirts, scenic course, water stations, and post-race food and refreshments. 

Cost: $30 pre-registered, $35 race day.
