The Haverford Township Free Library is hosting its second annual Dewey Decimal Dash 5K & Fun Run. The event will help raise funds for the Library’s upcoming renovations. The course will start at the Library, run down Mill Rd to Karakung, then to Manoa Rd and back to the Library. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall M/F plus top participants in each age group. Amenities: beautiful course down Karakung Drive, T-shirt, coffee and hot chocolate before race, refreshments and water. Cost: 5k - $25 until 11/1, $30 from 11/1 through 11/9, $35 race day; Fun Run - $10 until 11/1, $15 from 11/1 through 11/9, $20 race day.
