Let’s run away together! This is an out-and-back along Ruston Way, beginning at Cummings Park (near the Lobster Shop restaurant), to Point Ruston, and back. All participants who have pre-registered will receive a red knit race beanie!

Run in the shadows of the shore’s iconic music joints, retrace the footsteps of Springsteen, and cruise past the endless beach towns of Ocean Grove, Allenhurst, Deal, Monmouth Beach, Loch Arbour, and Long Branch. . . . . . . . . . . .
Post-race party with complimentary Asbury Park Brewery beer (for runners 21+), entertainment and endless ocean views.

Expect beautiful views through Fairmount Park and along the Schuylkill River and neighborhood crowds gathering on sidewalks in University City and Manayunk. Weave through the well-traveled streets of our historic district, passing sights familiar to Franklin, Washington and the rest of the gang, and end your race speeding towards the steps of the majestic Art Museum.
Digital splits are provided at the 10K, 13.1 mile and 30K marks along the course, and fluid stations and spectator overlooks are set up throughout the course.
Oh, that’s another thing: the fans. You’d better get ready for the crowds, because each year, thousands of spectators line the course eager to cheer on runners. There’s nothing we love more in this town than a champion…all 30,000 of them.

The TCS New York City Marathon course runs 26.2 miles through the five boroughs of NYC and is a model for big-city marathons around the world. On November 3, 2019, it will move you!
The 2018 TCS New York City Marathon on November 4, 2018, had the largest field in event history, with more than 52,000 finishers. Mary Keitany became the only woman in event history other than nine-time champion Grete Waitz to win the open division four times with her victory, while Ethiopia’s Lelisa Desisa took the men’s title. In the wheelchair division, Manuela Schär repeated as the women’s champion and 20-year-old Daniel Romanchuk became the first American man to win the wheelchair race and the youngest champion in the division’s history.
The New York City Marathon has grown from a Central Park race with 55 finishers to the world’s biggest and most popular marathon, with more than 52,000 finishers in 2018. Enter lottery to run.

38th Year . . . . Flat and Fast!
15K is 2021 Mid-Atlantic USATF 15K Championship and Grand Prix Event
Out and back course so you can see all of your fellow runners on the Jack A. Markell bike path. Start / Finish at Delaware Environmental Education Center. Flat and fast with scenic views of the protected watershed.
5K Race uses same start/finish as 15K with start time also approx 9am.
WE ARE THE BOOSTERS! Help support NSB HS Baracuda Football team. You can show the team some love live on race day or virtually if you cant make the live event. If you dont want to run / walk a 5K (only 3.1 miles) you can also run the non timed 1 mile run / walk
You can even make donations or set up a fund raising team!
Early Entry fee is $25 unntil midnight May 13, 2021
Late Entry fee is $30 until Friday May 21, 2021 at 9am when online registration closes
Race Day entty fee is $35, cash or check only.

Awards are M/F Overall and M/F in the following age groups: 14 and Under, 15 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 – 70 and 80 and Over.
